Since working with Sharon, my blood glucose readings have been in the low 90’s and I have been able to remain in low- moderate ketosis without having to sacrifice my love for good tasty food. Best of all, however, is how I look and feel. I’m 72 years old, and have always exercised, but have allowed the pounds accumulate over the years. With Sharon’s help and advice, the fat has been disappearing, and I like what I see in the mirror again!

I am entering my last month of my customized program with Nom Nom Fit. And I must admit, it’s bittersweet. I’m thrilled with the results I’ve attained so far.
