Here you’ll find some commonly asked questions and well-known barriers to fitting in health and fitness into your lifestyle. There are at least one or two barriers below you can relate to – or maybe you’re even experiencing them right now.

I work with everyone! I have an exclusive app for my clients that allows me to work with anyone all over the world.  I’m also in constant communication either by email, phone, text, or messenger. More so than someone who provides only on-site training.

80% of my clients are located in the Mainland USA states and 20% are located here in Honolulu.

And each one of them is successful in achieving their goals.

N2Fit is short for Nom Nom Fit.  Per the trusty Urban Dictionary, nom nom “Represents the sound made when someone is eating or chewing something and really enjoying it.”

Famous individuals known for using “nom nom”: Cookie Monster = “nomnomnom me want cookie”

Nom Nom Fit is nutrition-based fitness. It was created on the premise that fitness should not mean sacrificing delicious food for a sandpaper and sawdust diet and severely cutting calories. It’s all about eating delicious foods to properly fuel your workouts,  your day and your fitness goal.

Yes, I do. As a matter of fact, 60% of my weight loss clients are males and range between their 40s-50s and are former military and CEOs.

Yes, you do. Plain and simple.

Like anything else that’s important to you, you have to make the time for it. Block it out of your calendar as a non-negotiable meeting.

Lack of energy may come from various factors, from inadequate sleeping to imbalanced nutrition.

That’s awesome! Family obligations are a blessing! Still, it may feel there is too little time in the day for anything else.
Don’t worry! We can work together with this!
Airplane emergency plans instruct us to put on our breathing mask before helping out a neighbor. It’s the same with your health.
Without your health, it’s challenging to help anyone out.
Having said that, I work with your current lifestyle and determine the best strategy that falls in line with your family life.
This makes fitness simple to fit into a busy schedule and still get you your results!
Remember, this is not only going to benefit you, but also for the ones you care about the most.

I’ve heard this one a lot.
This may be due haveing the wrong workout and nutrition plan, taking on too much, and/or possibly overtraining to the point that your central nervous system shut down on you.
