I have no time.

My app delivers workouts that are scheduled every day on your WOD (Workout of the Day) Calendar. All you have to do is choose a time that works for you and get it done 🙂

Just tell me if you prefer 30 or 60 minute workouts, and if you prefer to do them at home or in the gym. I make it easy for you by taking away the barrier of time so you can fit your exercise into your schedule, easily making fitness a part of your lifestyle.

I'm too tired.

Lack of energy could come from various factors – not sleeping enough, skipping meals, not drinking enough water, poor stress management, etc.  Through my nutrition coaching and health screening, I investigate the possible causes of your energy dips and find the solution for you.

There are times, though rare, when medical intervention is needed. However, the vast majority of the time, exercise and a good diet is all that is needed to “reset” your system. I have family obligations.

That’s awesome – Family obligations are a blessing! Still, it may feel there is just too little time in the day for anything else. But that’s ok! We can work together with this!

I've tried exercising in the past and failed.

This is one I’ve heard a lot. Don’t feel that this is your fault! Oftentimes this occurs because of a range of common stumbling blocks – simply taking on too much, not properly working out, overtraining, not eating right, etc. However, work with me and you will not face these issues.

I don't like exercise. OR Exercise is uncomfortable.

I’ve heard this quite often. In my experience I’ve learned that this usually translates to “I don’t know how and where to start”, “I don’t know proper form”, “I look silly” and/or “I don’t feel confident these workouts will work.” Here’s how we fix those concerns.

Workout with me and I’ll teach you proper form. We’ll also strategically build and stack exercises correctly so you’re giving the right intensity for that muscle/muscle group, which will get you results quicker than someone without a trainer (which means confidence  turned up to the highest level – especially when you look GREAT in that outfit 😉 ).

And, most importantly, I’ll work with your lifestyle and workout style. Don’t have a workout style? That’s ok! Through investigation and tweaks we’ll discover what is right for you!

I lack confidence OR I find the crowd intimidating.

Not too worry! No matter your fitness level, I’ll build out your workout strategy and stack your exercises so that you’re properly working out at the gym or at home. This will build your confidence like nothing else before!

Most people who do not use a trainer usually have poor form or are working out the wrong way. I’ll teach you how to work out the right way which will get you results a lot sooner than someone who doesn’t use a trainer. What does this mean?

I don't know where to start.

No problem! How does exercise and nutrition reverse aging?

You buy serums, lotions and potions to keep the wrinkles at bay. However it’s scientifically-proven that exercise and proper nutrition are the ultimate anti-aging tools!

There are a lot of visible factors associated with aging, from weight gain to thin, wrinkly skin.  Starting at 35 years old we start to lose muscle mass and gain weight a little at a time.  Young-looking skin has a lot do with certain age-reversal hormones that are released by working muscles. Can I start without a consultation?

A Health Triage Questionnaire and Wellness Screening is required so I can personally build out your fitness and nutrition strategy. You are unique and your DNA will definitely let us know, based on your reaction to certain workouts and nutrition as we progress in your program.

Knowing beforehand what you have or are experiencing helps me with prescribing the most efficient path for you to approach and achieve your health and fitness goal. You’ll find that you’ll be able to do these workouts throughout life because they’re designed specifically for your body.

In addition, the screening gives me the opportunity to uncover any physical limitations and create personal modifications that can heal and strengthen those areas. It’s a quick form that you can easily fill online prior to our Consultation Call.

Do you work with severe injuries?

Yes, I do work with some on a in-person, one-on-one capacity and in active collaboration with their physical therapist or medical professional. Doctor’s note is required for approval to take on fitness training.

Do you work with prenatal and postpartum mothers?

Yes, I do. You must be first cleared by your doctor for exercise and nutrition. I can also work with your doctor’s advice.

Do you work with male clients?

I no longer accept new male clients. If you have worked with me prior to August 1, 2019, you will be able to continue training with me.

What payments do you accept?

I accept Paypal payments. All programs will be charged the Honolulu General Excise Tax of 4.5% at checkout.

Do you have a refund policy?

For online: you have up to 30 days from date of purchase to receive a full refund. A written notice emailed to me is required before the 30th day.

After 30 days, you are locked in and there will be no refunds. There is a reason for this. In my experience, those who have locked themselves in, go all the way and reach their goal. It is a form of commitment they make to themselves that they honor. The results are amazing!

For one-on-one training: Each package expires within 6 months from date of purchase. You will be refunded only for unused sessions. A 30 day notice in writing emailed to me is required.
