Do you work with male clients?

Yes, I do, and only on a weight loss capacity.

I have no time.

Yes, you do. Plain and simple.

Like anything else that’s important to you, you have to make the time for it. Block it out of your calendar as a non-negotiable meeting.

You can’t pick and choose when and how much to do. If you think you can, how’s that been working for you?

Do you work with severe injuries?

Yes, I do work with some on a in-person, one-on-one capacity and in active collaboration with their physical therapist or medical professional. Doctor’s note is required for approval to take on fitness training.

Do you work with prenatal and postpartum mothers?

Yes, I do. You must be first cleared by your doctor for exercise and nutrition. I can also work with your doctor’s advice.

What payments do you accept?

I accept Paypal payments. All programs will be charged the Honolulu General Excise Tax of 4.5% at checkout.

Do you have a refund policy?

I abide by a strict, no refund policy. By accepting the terms of your program’s agreement, YOU agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Program(s) offered by Nom Nom Fit. YOU are taking full responsibility for YOUR OWN success. This is a crucial mindset to have if you want to see the results you’ve been after for a while.
