The N2Fit Promise
I understand many of my clients had substandard training experiences in the past.
Or are nervous about working with a trainer for the first time.
I want to assure you that you’re in expert hands, through and through.
This is My Promise to You.
When you hire me, you’re hiring an elite Fitness Professional.
I’ve made a list of the things you can expect when you choose to have me in your corner.
I have a great responsibility to my clients…a responsibility that I take seriously.
My Commitments To You
I will always treat you with respect, dignity, and professionalism.
I will always bring the very best of myself as a coach to you by improving my knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis. I will do this by attending workshops, seminars, reading industry literature, and practicing what I preach.
I will be present and prepared to begin (and end) your session/coaching call on time.
I will give you my undivided attention during your scheduled session/coaching call.
I will program your fitness/nutrition strategy to account for any factors that may prevent you from a safe and effective program. This includes (and not limited to) injuries, surgeries, allergies, and food sensitivities.
I will use appropriate equipment that is in line with your ability and goals.
I will give you easy-to-understand instruction and guidance in your fitness/nutrition strategy.
My long-term aim is to educate you and draw you into optimal health. I will help you develop the knowledge and discipline needed to maintain not only your results but also a fitness/healthy lifestyle on your own.
I will only charge fees that are reasonable, legitimate, and commensurate with services delivered. I will also disclose any additional fees and services to you in advance.
I will do my best to reasonably accommodate any unforeseen or emergent circumstances that affect our session/calls.
I will keep accurate and accessible records as they pertain to session counts & deductions, individual workouts that include sets/reps/weights/session notes, scheduling requests, etc.
