I decided to also track the health benefits of the Nom Nom Fit nutrition program. I have always had a borderline high glucose reading, hovering around 100. I purchased a keto meter which measures both blood glucose and ketone levels. Since working with Sharon, my blood glucose readings have been in the low 90’s and I have been able to remain in low- moderate ketosis without having to sacrifice my love for good tasty food. Best of all, however, is how I look and feel. I’m 72 years old, and have always exercised, but have allowed the pounds accumulate over the years. With Sharon’s help and advice, the fat has been disappearing, and I like what I see in the mirror again!

Finally, Sharon is genuinely interested in your wellbeing. Her responses to inquiries for advice are always on point and timely. She can customize workouts for you via the specialized app for her Nom Nom Fit clientele. These workouts can be designed for your preferred workout environment (home, gym, outdoors, etc.). Sharon even schedules a coaching call with you once per week to have more in-depth discussions about how your training and nutrition are progressing.

I am entering my last month of my customized program with Nom Nom Fit. And I must admit, it’s bittersweet. I’m thrilled with the results I’ve attained so far. The inches and pounds lost have been phenomenal…Sharon has taught me how to be able to do this on my own. It’s like a child learning to ride a bike. First, you have training wheels. After some time and consistent practice, those training wheels eventually come off. And for a short time, a guiding hand holds onto the bike as you begin pedaling on your own. Then, you finally realize that the guiding hand has let go of you and is cheering you on as they watch you ride off into the distance. You now have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to do this on your own!
